  • When will I receive my SplendidThings?
    Arrival times vary, but most orders will arrive within 7-10 business days; however, Christmas season may slow delivery, despite the fact that we're now in the 21st century and should have flying cars by now. And flying delivery trucks.
  • Will all of my items arrive in the same shipment?
    Ideally, yes. In reality, maybe. If necessary, definitely. All SplendidThings will ship from the United States, but there are times when items will be sourced from different warehouses, in which case, they may not arrive together on the same day in the same package. Mugs will always be sent separately from apparel and other items. If your items are a gift for someone far from you and need to be shipped together and arrive on the same day, email us at Splendid.Service@splendidsthings.com after you've placed your order and alert us. We will make it happen.
  • How do I make sure I order the right size?
    Each clothing item product description has both imperial and metric size charts for your reference. T-shirts are pre-shrunk, so size upon delivery stays true after washing and drying. Real talk from the CEO? "I got samples in my size, and they are a good fit. Gildan shirts are a bit more generous than Bella+Canvas, but neither were too tight for my taste, I'd say spot-on. So if you prefer your t-shirts loose, go up a size or two."
  • What is the airspeed velocity of an unladen swallow?
    African or European?
  • What are the shipping options?
    Both Standard and Expedited options are available for most products. Refer to your Shopping Cart upon placing your order for rates.
  • Is there an additional charge for sales tax & shipping/handling?
    All orders over $50 pay nothing for shipping, only applicable sales taxes. Shipping rates for orders under $50 and shipping/handling costs and sales taxes are applied in the shopping cart. That is SUPER hard math, and I'm very dependent upon my handy apps to do all the proper calculations for me in real time, and believe me, it's better for both of us this way.
  • How can I make a change to my order?
    I'm gonna be completely honest here, the answer to this one we'll have to figure out together, as I have no idea, so let's punt. I'm new here still. You contact me asap, and I'll contact who I need to contact to see if we can fix it. Deal?

  • What is the return policy?
    Returns will be honored within 30 days of purchase if specifications of Return Policy are met, provided you return the item as it was sent to you, and preferably in the original package. Upon return and refund, the CEO will be flogged ever so slightly and forced to sit in the corner for an hour, unless of course, it's not actually our fault... for that, we hire out. We will do everything we can to provide the service you deserve, which truly is not meant as double-edged as that sounds.   • What if my order never arrives?
    I HATE IT when that happens. But it does. I suppose if you're reading this, you've already checked your tracking link a million times, or you've received a delivery notice for an empty mailbox, and something has gone amiss. If you received an order confirmation, but no shipment notice or tracking link, let's get on it and find out what happened. Contact us. If you received a delivery confirmation, but your order is invisible, this is trickier. Check with the delivery service first, as theirs are the last hands that were upon it.   • What if my order contains a defective item?
    Please do not send your defective item back to the manufacturer or to the land of Misfit Toys. Send the item directly to SplendidThings, and we will make it right.
